Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Brady is also recognized in the music industry under the name “Mr. Belvedere,” a rapper who gained popularity throughout the Midwest while attending Kentucky State University. A standout student-athlete, Brady earned HBCU All-American honors while competing in both football and basketball in the SIAC Conference. In 2000, he led NCAA Division II in receiving yards and later signed as an NFL free agent through the Brian Overstreet Agency. Brady is the brother of legendary Houston rapper Big Pokey (Milton Powell) and contributed as a songwriter on the southern anthem “Keep My Name Out Your Mouth.”

Throughout his music and entertainment career, he has shared stages with major artists including T.I., David Banner, Twista, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Juvenile, 112, Lil Flip, Lil Keke, and many others. Over the past two decades, Brady has become a respected and sought-after name in comedy, touring and performing alongside entertainers such as Bubba Dub, Red Grant, Deon Cole, Marlon Wayans, Anthony Anderson, Cedric the Entertainer, DC Young Fly, Karlous Miller, and numerous other nationally recognized performers. A proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha (Beta Mu Chapter), Brady was initiated in Fall 2002 at Kentucky State University. His academic accomplishments include earning degrees in Physical Education and continued advanced studies in the field.
